If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be included with the returned product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the product, according to your preference.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
